Join the 50+ Housing Council of Greater Washington for a site tour of Leisure World of
Virginia™, developed by the IDI GROUP COMPANIES. Situated on about 91-acres Leisure World of Virginia™ has plans for ten high-rise and four low-rise buildings (see current view on registration flyer).

The Riverview with 9 ft ceilings has river, mountain, and golf course views. There are
entry foyers, walk-in laundry and bedroom closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, pantry cabinets, large master baths, and separate dining and living room areas. Large enclosed sunrooms, extra large 2 and 3 bedrooms are available.

Leisure World has a spectacular new club house, complete with a Grand Ballroom, auditorium, and theater, aerobic and exercise facilities, arts & crafts studios, indoor swimming pool and spa, library, computer center, chapel, Lifestyles Hair Salon, PNC branch bank and its own gourmet restaurant–La Pergola. There are tennis courts and a courtesy shuttle bus. Nearby is the Landsdowne hotel/resort and golf courses.
