MNCBIA 2009 Legislative Policies & Positions
The MNCBIA State Government & Legislative Affairs Committee is chaired by Chas Stuart of Miller & Smith Homes. The Committee meets every Monday during the Maryland General Assembly Session in the offices of MNCBIA. The Association’s State Government & Legislative Affairs Committee coordinates its positions on statewide bills with the Maryland State Builders Association.
