BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT GUARANTY GROUP OF MNCBIA, INC.
The Builders’ Development Guaranty Group of MNCBIA, Inc. (BDGG) was formed to provide participating builders and developers with a faster, more efficient alternative to bonding and letters of credit as a guarantee of completion of subdivision grading, paving, storm drains, driveways, restoration, stabilization, sediment control and stormwatrer management, and WSSC bonding requirements. BDGG currently has two subsidiaries to which builders and developers may make application. Competitive rates for issuance and renewals in addition to quick turn-around time on both issuances and releases make membership in DGG-MC and/or DGG-SM an attractive alternative to traditional bonding. Participation in either subsidiary is a member benefit and is limited to current MNCBIA members.

The Development Guaranty Group of Southern Maryland, Inc. (DGG-SM)
DGG-SM, Inc. issues certificates of guaranty on behalf of its members to Prince George’s County, WSSC, Calvert County and St. Mary's County. DGG-SM is currently working with Charles County to have it accept DGG-SM Certificates of Guaranty and anticipates approval in the near future..
