- Partnership with the National Housing Endowment to create the Home Builders Care Victims' Relief Fund for the families of those killed in the tragedies of September 11;
- Partnership with the Fannie Mae Foundation to support the annual "Helpt the Homeless" Walkathon;
- Fundraising Drive to assist Charles and Calvert Counties and their residents following the April 2002 tornado
- Annual partnership with Christmas in April to provide renovation and repair to the homes of the elderly and disabled;
- Partnership with Montgomery County in the construction of a Homeless Shelter for Men in Rockville;
- Renovation and repair work for the Gospel Rescue Ministries building in Washington D.C.
- Renovation and repairs at the Center for Life Enrichment in St. Mary's County;
- Renovation and repairs at Dorothy Day Place, a shelter for women operated by Catholic Charities;
- Community Center at CASA de Maryland
- Permanent Supportive Housing project in Silver Spring, Maryland
