5%       Sales and Marketing Plans/Elevations

5%       Code Analysis/Structural Design/Permit Sets

2%       Product Research/Selection/Cost Comparisons

            5%       Quality Control in the field     

Attention to details and high quality CDs will characterize the ideal candidate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:   

-     Mastery of AutoCAD and an enthusiastic user

-          Minimum of 5 years experience in residential design

-          Examples of full sets of construction documents authored by candidate brought to interview
